We make sure all loose debris is removed from both flat and sloped roof areas, all rain gutters are cleaned by hand and rinsed with clean water, each down spout is flushed throughly  and checked from ground level to assure proper flow

The gutters, siding, and grounds are left clean and spotless. Any debris is hauled from the site.

 

During our cleaning we will check the mounting hardware, connection fastners, and sealed joints. If necessary we will advised you of any problems and if requested can repair them. We can also supply rain chutes if necessary to direct water away from your foundation.

 

GES can also wash the outside of the gutter removing dirt and those ugly hard to clean black streaks. Not only will your gutters perfom as they should they will continue to look new.

Annual Maintenance Program 

 

Cleaning your gutters and downspouts regulary will prevent water intrusions, dry rot, mold and landscape erosion. We recommend that your gutters and down spouts be cleaned twice a year, in late spring and early fall.
